Cyber resilience defines companies’ ability to handle constantly increasing and sophisticated cyberattacks such as ransomware, as cyber resilience is the ability to maintain usual business operations while responding to an adverse cyber event. Cyber resilience starts with the ability to recover critical data (whatever data an organisation relies upon to conduct usual operations and deliver their offering) that is then used to restore business processes and operations.
