Zscaler Strengthens Leadership Team in Australia and New Zealand with New Appointments

SYDNEY, Australia, April 3, 2024Zscaler, Inc., the leader in cloud security, is investing in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region with three appointments, establishing a strong leadership bench. The appointments include Eric Swift, Area Vice President, ANZ, Ben Graetz, Vice President of Business Operations, ANZ and Charlie Cote, Director of Channel and Alliances, ANZ. Zscaler is poised to further accelerate its momentum, innovations and capabilities in ANZ with these appointments.

Eric Swift has been brought on to lead Zscaler’s ANZ business, overseeing growth, business strategy and ongoing regional investment. Before joining Zscaler, Eric was in key leadership positions at ServiceNow, responsible for its expansion in ANZ and leading enterprise and commercial sales at Microsoft. With over two decades of experience, Eric is known for his strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills that will support Zscaler’s customers in implementing security measures to address evolving security threats.

Ben Graetz brings a wealth of experience to this newly created role to align and drive all customer initiatives in ANZ. Ben also joins Zscaler from ServiceNow, bringing twenty years of experience in leadership, sales, strategy, product management, and operational functions in the technology sector. Charlie Cote will spearhead Zscaler’s ANZ Channel and Alliances sector focused on strengthening the channel ecosystem and partner capabilities. Armed with over 22 years of experience in the networking and security industry, Charlie Cote has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering impactful results when it comes to channel sales and partnerships.
