April 20, 2026 – Kinetic IT, a leading Australian-owned technology services partner, today announced the appointment of Kishore Jayaram as Chief Transformation Officer.
This newly created executive role reflects Kinetic IT’s next phase of evolution – building on its strong trusted managed services foundation to become a more diversified, growth-oriented, AI-enabled services organisation.
As Chief Transformation Officer, Kishore will help expand Kinetic IT’s market presence by developing new sovereign digital services, strengthening strategic partnerships, and bringing differentiated solutions to market.
This includes modernising Kinetic IT’s existing services, using sovereign capability, AI and emerging technologies to deliver more secure, reliable and increasingly proactive services for customers.
Melbourne-based Kishore brings more than 20 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, and senior commercial leadership, having held roles at McKinsey & Company, Cisco, Accenture, and Thoughtworks. Most recently, as Strategy and Growth Lead at NCS Australia, he shaped the organisation’s strategic direction and AI transformation agenda following its consolidation into a 1,300-strong national technology organisation.
Dean Langenbach, Chief Executive Officer of Kinetic IT, welcomed Kishore’s appointment:
“Kishore joins Kinetic IT at a pivotal time as we invest in new capabilities, services, and growth initiatives that will shape our future direction. His experience in enterprise transformation and strategic execution will help us capture emerging opportunities and deliver even greater value to our customers.”
“With Kishore’s expertise complementing our leadership team, Kinetic IT is strongly positioned to support the evolving digital needs of government and critical services across Australia.”
Kishore Jayaram, Chief Transformation Officer, reflected on joining Kinetic IT:
“Few organisations reach a moment where they can fundamentally reshape their trajectory, and Kinetic IT is in one such moment. Backed by strong leadership, deep industry trust, and a clear mandate for growth, the focus now is on building on that strength – scaling new sovereign, AI-enabled solutions for customers in ways that truly differentiate us.”
“I’m energised by what we can unlock. By combining Kinetic IT’s uniquely Australian position with the accelerating force of AI, we have a real opportunity to deliver new value and support the vital sectors our nation relies on.”
Kishore’s appointment as Chief Transformation Officer is effective immediately.
