The ‘Innovation in Automation’ award, secured by IT Simply, recognises the organisation that has most effectively leveraged automation to optimise service delivery and improve operational efficiency. The ‘Techie Award’ celebrates a partner, Steven Richardson of Kordia, who has demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and retention, use of automation, company profit and growth, employee retention and commitment to professional development.
Kaseya Connect APAC 2025 conference in Sydney introduced its latest innovations and previewed its next generation cyber resilience and digital workforce platforms. Key announcements include enhanced backup solutions including Datto SIRIS 6, the acquisition of AI-email security firm INKY and the introduction of an AI-powered Digital Workforce for MSPs.
