SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — 31 October 2025 — Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, today announced the winners of its Kaseya Connect APAC 2025 Awards at its annual partner conference in Sydney. 

The awards ceremony highlighted partners and individuals who demonstrated exceptional growth, technical expertise, and innovative use of Kaseya’s portfolio to serve their clients. Winners were selected from an overwhelming number of applications submitted from across the APAC region.

The ‘Partner of the Year’ award, won by efex, is presented to a partner who has demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and retention, use of automation, company profit and growth, employee retention, and commitment to professional development. The ‘Innovation in Automation’ award, secured by IT Simply, recognises the organisation that has most effectively leveraged automation to optimise service delivery and improve operational efficiency. The ‘Techie Award’ celebrates a partner, Steven Richardson of Kordia, who has demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and retention, use of automation, company profit and growth, employee retention and commitment to professional development.

Kaseya Connect APAC 2025 conference in Sydney introduced its latest innovations and previewed its next generation cyber resilience and digital workforce platforms. Key announcements include enhanced backup solutions including Datto SIRIS 6, the acquisition of AI-email security firm INKY and the introduction of an AI-powered Digital Workforce for MSPs. Additionally, Kaseya highlighted the end of its High Watermark pricing policy for key Datto products by December 2025 and its recent APEC data privacy certification.
