Developed by the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD), IRAP is an independent assessment of the implementation, appropriateness, and effectiveness of a systemโs security controls. IRAP Assessment outcomes are documented within a report which can be used by businesses to assess a systemโs suitability for their security requirements. The assessment of F5โs Distributed Cloud Services was completed by ASD-certified IRAP assessors from leading cyber security company CyberCX.
In addition to furthering F5โs presence in the government market, the completion of the IRAP Assessment to the PROTECTED security classification plays a vital role in assuring public and private sector organisations that F5โs Distributed Cloud Services have achieved the high standard of requirement for the storage and processing of protected level information necessary in the current landscape.
