“All businesses, regardless of industry, demand greater breadth and depth to cyber security services. They know they need to incorporate cyber security into all aspects of their business to minimise vulnerabilities and disruption.”
In addition to advising organisations’ Boards and executive teams on strategic cyber risk and governance advice directly, Sedgwick also has significant experience with private equity and venture capital firms providing technology and cyber risk due diligence on pre-and post-acquisitions.
He is an advocate for robust cyber security. He regularly appears on national and international news, expert panels, conferences, and print publications discussing technology, cybersecurity, board governance, ethics, government policy, and breaking news events.
“I am so pleased to join MinterEllison, where I will work with government and private industry clients to develop solutions to incorporate cyber risk into their business strategy. I am highly motivated to build cyber resilience and maturity within organisations and across industry,” said Sedgwick.
“MinterEllison’s broad range of services, which combine technology consulting and legal services relating to cyber security, offers clients a team that can comprehensively plan for and respond to issues and threats. I look forward to taking MinterEllison’s cyber services to a new level.”
