Superloop Wins Expanded Multi-million-dollar Business Contract as Ixom Signs on to 2028

Superloop today announced it will be supporting Ixom until at least 2028, as the water treatment and chemical distributor giant signs an expanded services contract and extends for a further three years.

Superloop designed, deployed and manages a high availability global network with best of breed enterprise security services for Ixom across more than locations 40. Superloop services are dual internet services connected to Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SD-WAN.

The Superloop service is powered by Palo Alto Networks’ Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) security solution, encompassing Prisma Access, Zero Trust Network Access, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM).

Superloop supports Ixom’s global presence with network coverage across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, and the USA.

“Our partnership with Ixom has gone from strength to strength since the team first signed with us in 2022,” said Superloop Group Executive, Business & Wholesale, Daisey Stampfer.
“The goal for us has always been to deliver a solution that supports IXOM’s need for flexibility but takes zero shortcuts when it comes to security. The SASE solution we’ve deployed for IXOM delivers simplified, scalable, and cost-effective security that’s not only easy to manage, but ensures a seamless user experience across the network. We want to make the complex simple for employees and keep IXOM and its customers protected.
“We’re thrilled Ixom has inked a contract extension with us for a further three years. It’s testament to the great partnership we’ve developed, and a credit to the Superloop team for our ability to support great Australian businesses with best-in-class network and security solutions that deliver confidence and peace of mind. We look forward to working together for many more years,” adds Stampfer.

Ixom’s CIO, Chris Cawood, credited Superloop on the contract win especially the expanded security capability, adding, “Superloop’s integrated network solution, powered by Palo Alto Networks, has significantly enhanced our organisation’s data network performance and operations. Combined with all the robust security features, it provides us with secure cloud access and network infrastructure. As a CIO, I appreciate Superloop’s commitment to affordability, ease of management and local support. Superloop and Palo Alto Networks partnership have truly transformed our network landscape.”
