Recorded Future, the world’s largest threat intelligence company, and the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), today announced the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC), establishing a new framework for their collective fight against emerging cyber threats.

Signed at the Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) by Recorded Future’s Chief of Staff, Mr. Jonathan Luff and CSA’s Assistant Chief Executive (National Cyber Resilience), Mr. Yock Hau Dan, the signing was witnessed by CSA and Recorded Future’s Chief Executives Mr. Christopher Ahlberg and Mr. David Koh. The MOC underlines both parties’ commitment to raise Singapore’s cybersecurity posture towards emerging cyber threats by enhancing analytical, organisational, and technical capabilities.

CSA Assistant Chief Executive (National Cyber Resilience) Mr. Dan Yock Hau said “As cyber threats evolve quickly, it is important for CSA to leverage new technologies to enhance our threat intelligence capabilities to stay one step ahead of threat actors. Our partnership with Recorded Future will provide opportunities for joint threat research activities, as well as enhanced collaboration in ASEAN to build on cybersecurity defense in the region.”

Recorded Future Chief of Staff Mr. Jonathan Luff welcomed the agreement, saying, “As the world’s leading threat intelligence company, Recorded Future is proud to support the work of CSA to enhance Singapore’s national cyber defense capabilities, promoting national and regional security. The MOC will facilitate the exchange of cybersecurity knowledge and insights, potential collaboration on joint research reports, and the development of new technological solutions to combat cyber threats. The partnership will facilitate enhanced cybersecurity collaboration across the ASEAN region on topics of cybersecurity, such as scams and mobile security threats. This is an exciting moment for our partnership, and we look forward to working ever more closely with the outstanding CSA team.”
