OVH Labs, the innovation lab of OVH Groupe, is unveiling OVHai Workspace in preview: an open, collaborative agentic AI platform. The platform enables applications to be developed and integrated, giving users access to agentic AI and natively available end-to-end encryption.
An Open, European Collaboration Platform
OVHai Workspace brings together key collaborative tools such as email, cloud storage and videoconferencing, while remaining open to partner applications. Its goal is to bring a European ecosystem of productivity and collaboration applications together within a unified experience.
Agentic AI embedded in everyday workflows
To enhance the application experience, OVHai Workspace incorporates a search engine combined with agentic AI capabilities. Complex actions can be automated, information can be retrieved across multiple applications, and repetitive tasks can be simplified with a single click. Users can therefore boost their productivity without leaving their working environment, including when using partner applications.
Native E2EE encryption
OVHai Workspace offers an end-to-end encryption (E2EE) option. Users can secure their data and communications, including within partner applications integrated into the platform. When encryption is enabled, search and agentic AI features run directly on the user’s computer or mobile device, allowing sensitive data to be processed locally.
