Nozomi Networks Names David Hope as Regional Vice President for APJ

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA/SINGAPORE – July 31, 2025 – Nozomi Networks, the leader in OT, IoT and CPS security, today announced the appointment of David Hope as Regional Vice President for Asia Pacific and Japan. He replaces Ammar Hindi in the role, who is retiring after leading Nozomi in the region for nearly four years.

Hope joins Nozomi Networks with over 38 years’ experience in the software and technology sector and has dedicated his career to leading high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth. He will report to Kevin Isaac, Chief Revenue Officer at Nozomi Networks.

Having spent three decades living and working in Singapore, Japan and the Philippines, David has experience developing deep expertise in navigating the dynamic business landscapes of the region, with a focus on customer-centric leadership and operational excellence.

David Hopes appointment coincides with wider investment in the region, including growth in customer success, solutions engineering, marketing, partner and customer support teams.

Nozomi Network’s recognises the importance of supporting demand in the region, as government and industry leaders continue to strengthen critical infrastructure cybersecurity, following the introduction of international standards and regulatory frameworks, such as the IEC 62443, the Singapore Cybersecurity Act and the SOCI Act in Australia.

Hope’s most recent role was leading ForgeRock’s Asia Pacific business, a global leader in identity access management solutions. He has also held regional leadership positions at Workday, Pitney Bowes Software, Infor Global Solutions, Lawson Software and Intentia.

In his spare time, David serves as President and Board Member of the Singapore Society of Rugby Union Referees and is an active member of YPO Singapore.
