Macquarie Cloud Services today announced it has ranked number one in the 30-99 employee category in Best Workplaces in Australia 2025 List.
Macquarie Cloud Services re-earned its place at the top of the list following the rigorous assessment of confidential employee feedback and detailed analysis of the organisation’s culture.
Best Workplaces are evaluated through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey data, which measures the three key relationships that drive an employee’s experience in their workplace, relationships with management, colleagues, and their job. The Trust Index score represents the percentage of employees who consider their company to be a great workplace and is an indicator of their actual workplace experience.
After taking home the win in the same category last year, Macquarie Cloud Services again stood out for its personable culture where phycological safety fuels innovation, team connection, and career development.
“Winning this award two years in a row is a recognition of our people and the culture we’ve built together at Macquarie Cloud Services,” said James Mystakidis, Group Executive, Macquarie Cloud Services. “I’m incredibly proud of our team for once again setting the benchmark.
“What sets us apart is our ability to build around our purpose; helping customers who are underserved and overcharged. That focus has created a workplace culture I’m proud to be a part of, and it’s what continues to drive our success,” Mystakidis added.
According to General Manager of Great Place to Work Australia, Rebecca Moulynox, the 2025 Best Workplaces in Australia list represents organisations that understand culture is their greatest strategic asset.
“These companies have proven that when you build a workplace founded on trust, pride, and camaraderie, you create the conditions for both employee flourishing and exceptional business performance,” said Moulynox.
