This milestone marks the first time Loyalty Now has received this certification, solidifying its position as a market leader in the business-to-business (B2B) payment-linked offers (PLO) loyalty and rewards space. The certification is effective from May 17, 2024, and is valid for three years, with an option to renew thereafter.

The ISO 27001:2022 certification underscores Loyalty Nowโ€™s unwavering commitment to implementing and maintaining a robust information security management system (ISMS). This certification applies to organisations aiming to formalise and enhance their processes around information security, privacy, and the protection of information assets. This includes payment-linked offers (PLO), aggregatorsโ€™ PLO (APLO), and allied merchant and managed services. Additionally, the certification encompasses innovation management, third-party partnership management, and gift/virtual card reseller management. Loyalty Nowโ€™s ISMS protects software and communications across all operations, including technology, support, human resources, vendor management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
