Melbourne, Australia – 24 March 2026: Interactive today announced that it has been successful in securing a five-year agreement with Hostplus, one of Australia’s leading industry super funds.
Under the agreement, Interactive will support the continued evolution of Hostplus’ technology strategy, delivering an Australian‑based service desk supported by cloud and end‑user services.
Together, the two organisations are aligning on a forward‑looking service model designed to strengthen operational resilience and enable scalable, responsive service delivery. Leveraging automation, AI and industry best practice, the model will streamline day‑to‑day operations and reinforce Hostplus’ commitment to staying ahead technologically.
Hostplus Chief Technology Officer Jo Dutton said the appointment reflects the strong cultural alignment between the two organisations and a shared commitment to building resilience and responsiveness.
