Genetec Honours ANZ 2024 Partner Success With Regional Awards Announced At Bali ElevatePRO Conference

Sydney, – March 12, 2025 –  Genetec Inc. (“Genetec”), the global leader in enterprise physical security software, has announced the winners of its 2024 channel partner awards at the company’s regional ElevatePRO’25 Asia-Pacific conference held in Bali, Indonesia.

In celebrating another year of growth and excellence, the event attracted almost 60 Genetec APAC distributors, channel partners, and technology alliance organisations and recognised the organisation’s leading performing partners for their contributions in driving revenue growth and unlocking business value for their customers during 2024.

The awards program honours and recognises top channel partners for their performance and implementation of Genetec solutions to increase the scale and velocity of physical security delivery while gaining operational efficiencies and increasing profitability.

Melbourne-headquartered Fortis Security took home the ANZ Partner of the Year for achieving the highest revenue in FY24 and collaborating seamlessly with Genetec to support customer success.

Convergint Technologies Australia, headquartered in Perth, was awarded Access Control Partner of The Year for achieving the highest revenue in access control solution deployments as well as for certifying more than 15 engineers with valid Synergis Technical Certifications. In addition, the company also played a crucial role in rolling out the Genetec Access Control System (ACS) to a global Genetec customer.

Genetec Technical Excellence of the Year Award was awarded to Sydney-based Exact Technologies for its close collaboration with the Genetec engineering and customer experience teams and in delivering an outstanding proof of concept in the logistics sector which was ultimately instrumental in winning a deal.

Finally, Cairns-headquartered Simplifi Communications won the Rising Star of the Year Award owing to its success in winning new business deals across diverse business sectors.

George Moawad, Country Manager for Oceania at Genetec said, “In 2025, we’re excited about the channel opportunity for our hybrid cloud solutions which support organisations to modernise their access control infrastructure, with feature-rich, cyber-secure systems coupled with strong integration capabilities.

“In the year ahead, we  believe that our partners will be poised for super charged growth based on our recent completion of an Infosec Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) which enables Genetec to deliver our cloud-based physical security solutions to Australian government agencies and critical infrastructure providers, strengthening their ability to protect people, property, and data.

“Ultimately, these awards recognise local capability for delivering solutions that enable customers to realise rapid returns on their Genetec investment. We congratulate all our 2024 award winners and honour our entire ANZ partner channel for their ongoing support in building exceptional momentum and working alongside Genetec to consistently support customers with solutions and ongoing product development to solve the most pressing physical security challenges.”
