Darktrace Limited (hereinafter “Darktrace”) and SB C&S Corp. (hereinafter “SB C&S”) have entered into a distribution agreement to provide Darktrace’s innovative AI-based “ActiveAI Security Platform” to companies in Japan and will begin handling the product on August 20, 2025.

Darktrace products continuously learn the behaviour of an organisation’s entire digital infrastructure to rapidly detect and contain anomalies in the network, cloud, email, and endpoint environments in real time. The ActiveAI Security Platform, which SB C&S is now handling, incorporates an AI agent type “Cyber AI Analyst” that automates advanced investigations based on Security Operation Center (SOC) Level 2 standards, It has the capacity to perform 50,000 hours of analysis per year, providing the equivalent of 30 full-time employees, allowing security teams to rapidly scale their capabilities, augment their human analysts and fill vital skills gaps. The platform is suitable for all industries, including financial and public sector organisations that have a growing need for robust cybersecurity, healthcare organisations that want to strengthen their response to ransomware and internal fraud, and manufacturing and retail companies that want to prevent production stoppages and loss of brand image due to cyber-attacks.
