Originally lured to Australia from Europe 15 years ago to help accelerate the nation’s offensive security capability, Mr Hardarson has been pivotal in building Australia’s cyber resilience and now joins Cybertify to turbocharge its next phase of growth and market expansion.

Mr Hardarson joins Cybertify from Thales Cyber and Digital, formerly Tesserent, where he served as Head of Assurance and led complex penetration testing, red-team operations and security advisory programs across government and enterprise.
Throughout his career, including senior positions at Pure Hacking, Pure Security, Tesserent and Thales, Mr Hardarson has built and led high-performance teams delivering offensive security engagements at scale. His expertise spans penetration testing, code auditing, mobile and web application security, infrastructure and network security, vulnerability research, and adversary simulation.
