A Veteran in Cybersecurity

Sean Duca’s career spans over two decades, during which he has established himself as a prominent figure in the cybersecurity landscape. His most recent tenure was at Palo Alto Networks, where he served nearly nine years as Vice President and Regional Chief Security Officer for Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Duca spent more than 15 years at Intel Security (formerly McAfee), holding various senior managerial and sales roles before being appointed as Chief Technology Officer.

Ducaโ€™s pedigree provides him with a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of cybersecurity. His expertise will be invaluable to Cisco as they continue to develop and grow their security operations post acquisition of cybersecurity company, Splunk.

After taking a six-month career break to focus on personal health and recharge, Sean Duca expressed his excitement about joining Cisco.
