John Hines is the Head of Cyber-Security at Verizon Business Group where he leads a team of highly specialised security experts in delivering cutting edge security solutions to Verizon’s enterprise and Government customers across the Asia-Pacific region. A Verizon veteran, he was formerly Managing Director where he was responsible for delivering global communications, IT and security solutions to Verizon’s enterprise customers in South East Asia, India and North Asia (excluding Japan). He has also served as General Manager for Verizon’s Federal Government business in Australia. John brings more than 23 years of experience in IT solutions and security expertise. He has also held various leadership roles with PwC, Trustwave, and Cybertrust.
