In a significant move within the cybersecurity industry, the former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Medibank has launched a new venture aimed at supporting organisations and their security leadership. Alex Loizou took to LinkedIn to make his new venture public.

A New Chapter in Cybersecurity

The ex-Medibank CISO’s new venture, Intrinsic Security focuses on leveraging his hard-earned experience to enable organisations to be more resilient to cyber attack, and to bounce back stronger should they experience an incident.

“After navigating a significant cyber incident, I’m eager to give back and help others through similar challenges.” Commented Loizou.

By leveraging his experiences, Loizou wants to help organisations, their security leadership and supporting teams in their times of crisis.
