I assign and grant the rights and permission to TMFE Pty Ltd (and the business division known as ‘KBI’) to use and publish the writing, photographs, film, videotapes, podcasts, electronic representations and/or sound recordings made of me on the ascribed date by TMFE Pty Ltd. I relinquish any and all ownership of the recorded material(s) and allow use by TMFE in any manner chosen.

I authorise the editing, reproduction, duplication, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said writing/photographs/film/videotapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings etcetera without limitation, at the discretion of TMFE Pty Ltd. I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing.

I understand that a recording session for any KBI.Media podcast does not guarantee its publication and/or distribution at any time. KBI.Media insists on a level of quality in terms of the content and production standards that may exclude any recording for any reason.

If completing this agreement on behalf of another individual or organisation, I acknowledge I have been granted the authority to do so, and take all responsibility for any subsequent disputes or complications that may arise.

I, or a designated agent*, will be publishing a social and/or blog post to promote my appearance on this episode, and will use the media assets provided by KBI.Media where appropriate.
