Vilas is Senior VP and Growth Leader of APAC at EXL ANZ, a multinational data analytics, and digital solutions company. With more than 20 years experience in BPM, project management, customer service, consulting and transitions, Vilas is a growth leader for the APAC region, with a keen focus on Australia. He has held several leadership roles during his 17 years at EXL, managing large complex transitions and operations for multiple blue chip clients across the insurance, banking and financial services and utilities sectors. Based in Sydney, Vilas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt.
