Professor Ritesh Chugh is an ICT academic and researcher at CQUniversity’s School of Engineering and Technology. His interdisciplinary research examines how information technologies shape people, organisations and society, including socio-technical systems, digital risk and cybersecurity. He has published extensively on socio-technical issues, including information systems, educational technology and the social impacts of emerging technologies such as AI, and appears among the Stanford/Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists for research influence.
