Lydia is a dedicated advocate for human rights currently leading the Responsible Tech Strategy at BT. Her work focuses on providing guidance and solutions to the business on technology-related human rights across the value chain. Prior to BT, Lydia worked at M&S leading delivery of their supply chain human rights strategy with a focus on gender discrimination & empowerment and digital wages.
