Before joining Smartsheet, Helen was the Executive Vice President and GM International Sales for Ivanti and also drove sales performance at Infor, Cisco Systems, and SAP. Helen is passionate about fostering gender equality and empowering women, including overcoming imposter syndrome, especially in male-dominated industries, and creating supportive work environments that encourages diversity of thought in order to deliver successful results for customers.
