Harshvendra Soin (Harsh) is President – Asia Pacific and Japan Business at Tech Mahindra, with over 30 years of experience across healthcare, telecom, retail and hospitality. He has been with Tech Mahindra for more than a decade, contributing to its growth across global markets. Prior to his current role, he served as Global Chief People Officer and led Marketing, People Supply Chain and Corporate Services. He has also held roles including Country Head for Canada and Head of Business HR for APAC and EMEA. Before Tech Mahindra, Harsh was Chief People Officer at Fortis Healthcare and Aditya Birla Retail, where he supported large-scale organisational growth. He has also held senior leadership roles at Bharti Enterprises and worked with the Oberoi Group. Harsh is a recognised thought leader and keynote speaker on HR transformation, organisational culture, diversity and HR technology, with his insights frequently quoted in the media. He has received several industry accolades, including Leader of the Year (2023), CHRO of the Year (2022–23) and CMO of the Year (2022). He also serves on global and academic boards, including the Global Forum on Migration and Development.
