I assign and grant the rights and permission to TMFE Pty Ltd (and the business division known as ‘KBI’) to use and publish the writing, photographs, film, videotapes, podcasts, electronic representations and/or sound recordings made of me on the ascribed date by TMFE Pty Ltd. I relinquish any and all ownership of the recorded material(s) and allow use by TMFE in any manner chosen.

I authorise the editing, reproduction, duplication, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said writing/photographs/film/videotapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings etcetera without limitation, at the discretion of TMFE Pty Ltd. I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing.
