Why do you enjoy working in the cyber security field?

If New York is the city that never sleeps, then cyber security is its industry twin. The threat landscape keeps evolving, market dynamics keep changing, and we are constantly exposed to incredibly innovative and powerful technologies. More importantly, it is about being able to help protect people and businesses’ intellectual property, data assets, financial and reputation damages. In one word, rewarding.

What are your words of advice to encourage other women to work in the space?

Don’t be intimidated by the industry, be confident in your ability to learn and keep a positive mindset. Make sure to stay true to yourself, use your voice wisely (not loudly) while respecting others, and embrace diverse opinions for better collaboration.
